Job description

Please have the candidates take the Glider assessment "Scrum Master" and attach link of assessment on resume. Only candidates who score 60% or better on the assessment will be considered.

This job enables teams to deliver the highest business value to their customer as effectively and efficiently as possible. They accomplish this by coaching and advising the teams as well as leadership on desired Scrum processes, procedures, values and interactions as well as opportunities for continuous improvement. The job strives to enabling teams to become self-organizing, cross-functional and accountable while assisting them to achieve their Sprint plan by facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments and resolving issues outside of the team's control. 3-5 years of experience.

This person will be joining a mature team of Scrum Masters that support each other and help continue to help our teams continue their Agile journey towards incorporating more elements of SAFe.

Given support of U.S. Government contracts, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Minimum Required Education : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration/Management or related field or 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
