Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Location: Reading, MA 
Salary: $90-105K + $5k Bonus 
Requirements: Supervising/Managing People and Processes, Metrology, First Piece Inspection Reduction

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead Quality Standards for Metrology Process in a Production Level Manufacturing Environment
- First Article Inspections, First Piece Inspections, and Utilizing 6S Techniques
- Communicating with Customers to Ensure Acceptable Satisfaction Levels

What You Need for this Position

Strong Foundation of Experience with:

- Supervising or Managing People and Processes in a Production Level Manufacturing Environment
- First Piece and First Article Inspections
- Quality Control using 5s/6s Techniques
- Metrology (CMM/PC-DMIS)
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing )
