Job description
Provide training products for an on-site adult learning center. Preferred candidate will have Manufacturing Production experience and knowledge of processes and equipment.
Candidate will work with the Manager, Training on the following work:
Creating/curating training content
Developing training programs
Setting up training (in our learning management system) or in person logistics
Delivering the training (blend of computer based, in-person, virtual, hybrid)
Creating reinforcement materials (job aids, reference documents)
Candidate will have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (including Microsoft Teams)
Work hours will be approximately 20 hours per week.
Seeking candidates with educator experience (retired or current).
This experience can include any parts of academia (Elementary, Middle, High, Collegiate, Private, Community College, etc.) to support an adult development center in a manufacturing environment that offers a variety of subjects. (GED, Computer Skills, Business Writing, Office 365, Lean Manufacturing, Foreign Languages (i.e. Spanish/German).
Currently looking for Office 365, Excel experience.
No Degree not required. Experience in a training role (with Manufacturing preferred) of 3-5 years required.
