Based in Hoboken, NJ, this role is perfect for someone who is ready to streamline our sales operations process and enhance our customer experience.

The Role

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations, from shipping coordination to invoicing and customer communication. Under the supervision of our sales and logistics teams, you'll be the linchpin in managing orders, shipments, and billing processes, contributing directly to our brand's reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipping Coordination: Oversee logistics , ensuring orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped by our 3PL. Track shipments diligently to resolve any transit issues.
• Invoicing and Billing: Generate precise invoices, work closely with finance to reconcile accounts, and maintain comprehensive records of all transactions.
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipments and addressing billing inquiries with the goal of nurturing positive relationships.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to streamline order processing and provide essential support that aids in achieving sales targets.
• Process Improvement: Constantly seek ways to refine our operations, adopting best practices to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or logistics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in shipping software and ERP systems, with a knack for multitasking.
• A problem-solving mindset, adept at improving shipping and billing operations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with invoicing procedures is a plus.
