As an Insurance Apprentice, you will have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry while gaining hands-on experience to open your own agency.

In this role, you will be mentored by our experienced staff who will guide you through the various aspects of insurance sales. You will develop a deep understanding of insurance products and their benefits as you assist in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Ability to obtain new premium goals monthly via new leads, cross-selling, upselling products to clients, and community involvement.
• Develop and maintain networking relationships with Mortgage Lenders, Title companies, Realtors, Dealerships, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, explaining insurance policies, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Participate in two community events per quarter.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty, Life and Health License preferred, willing to help candidate get licensed during probation period.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn and navigate insurance software and tools.
• Community involvement by joining an approved volunteer board and networking groups.
