As a result, we are currently seeking a dynamic Store Leader whose ambition is to build the year over year business and the local client base in order to take market share away from our competitors and to maximize our P+L. The Leader we are seeking will also have a successful track record in acquiring and developing talent. We expect each of our Store Leaders to create an environment where the team looks forward to coming to work and enjoys the relationships and trust they have developed with their colleagues.
