A fast-growing and high-impact startup that makes smart beds for people with cognitive conditions like Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia, and Autism. Our mission is to improve the lives of special needs kids and their families through our innovative products and go-to-market strategies. Since launch, we have changed the lives of thousands of families, secured insurance coverage in all 50 states, achieved profitability and built a team of ~20 in our Denver HQ. At Cubby, data is the key to unlocking life-changing and industry-changing insights for our families & market, and you will be the one to make this happen. As the RevOps Lead, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive our GTM engine and market strategy. You will be the expert in the systems, processes, and activities of our GTM teams and use this knowledge to uncover new insights and recommendations to the business, ultimately building a better and better customer experience and allowing more families to sleep well at night.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
You will be the right-hand person for the VP of Growth, and the key accelerator for our GTM teams: Marketing, Inside Sales, and Business Development. Your role encompasses data, systems, and processes:
You will create & maintain systems that produce the data necessary to run our GTM teams and make regular strategic decisions
Support GTM leadership with analysis, research, and planning on strategic and tactical projects for the department
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance overall business performance
Play a lead role in uncovering, developing, scoping, implementing, and driving adoption for technology and process changes that increase the efficiency of our GTM teams
Create & manage all internal dashboards & reporting needed for various stakeholders - executive team, department heads, team members, etc.
Develop & conduct trainings per deployment & enablement for all GTM teams
Create & implement processes to improve data quality in Salesforce and all other systems in our tech stack
Manage growth sprints alongside VP Growth, maintaining kanban board activities & ensuring timely shipment of improvements
Organize & analyze marketing data not in Salesforce
Build reports & dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms as needed
Create a system for receiving internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly
Support Sales & Operations Planning with deep demand & channel insights and data
Create & maintain strong documentation for systems & processes to keep GTM and technical teams up to date and accountable to the latest processes & expectations
Ensure the sales process overhaul / Growth team meets its key goals and increases overall quiz to booking conversion by at least 1%
Ensure the GTM leadership team is building/maintaining an overall system roadmap document that encompasses all capabilities needed within 12-24 months (such as reimbursement/billing, ERP/EDI) and execution plans are being created as needed
Ensure all GTM teams have clear KPIs and show measurable improvement in KPIs QoQ. Partner with Dept leads to develop action plans as needed

Follow Through: You live up to agreements (written and verbal) without frequent pushing - you get what they promise done, no questions asked
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Math, Economics, Business, or a related field
You have 3+ years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or another data-centric / data analyst role highly preferred
You have proven success in a fast-paced startup environment wearing several hats and working on many initiatives at once
You have relevant subject matter expertise across the sales process including Lead Management, Opportunity Development, Quoting, CRM, and the overall end-to-end sales process
You have exceptional analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and Business Intelligence skills with expertise in Salesforce
You are an experienced user of Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent data visualization tools
You have successfully rolled out attribution reporting and engagement scoring
You are familiar with the rhythm of the business reporting and development of KPIs and OKRs
You can map data schemas and explain how data flows into external reporting systems
You are very experienced at gathering requirements and socializing reporting methodologies across functional teams
Experience in a sales or account management role
Experience with a query language
A certification (or two) in any major data platform

Compensation: $80-95k hiring range - Cubby offers an exciting OTE (On-Target Earnings) program to motivate and celebrate collective success in achieving company goals. This total compensation package is inclusive of 85% base compensation + 15% variable pay when targets are met. If the team exceeds quarterly target amounts, there is an additional 2X accelerator that increases variable pay potential beyond what’s listed here.
