Job Summary:
Very busy shop with a big need for multi-able experienced Service Technician to join our team at Prestige Ford in Mount Dora, Florida. This position is a full-time Flat Rate only technician with pay ranging from $17 to $50 per Flat rate hour .
Compensation: Pay ranging from $17 to $50 per Flat rate hour .

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service, repair and maintenance on Ford vehicles up to and including late model year vehicles.
- Perform diagnostic checks of engine systems and repair or replace parts as necessary.
- Verify parts needed prior to ordering, and pick up parts for the job.
- Drive vehicles for testing and evaluation when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental standards, policies, and regulations.
- Ensure timely completion of work and maintain close communication with customers regarding repair and servicing status.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and keep accurate records on repair and maintenance work done.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Ford Certified Service Technician is a plus but not required .
- Must have all tools necessary to perform work
