Walker Construction seeks an experienced and skilled full-time Lead Carpenter to join our team in Belgrade, MT. If you are passionate about carpentry and enjoy leading projects from start to finish, this position is perfect for you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need a highly organized and detail-oriented person who can complete quality work while meeting deadlines. Communication and problem-solving skills are vital. Did we just describe you? If so, and you meet the following criteria, we want you!

• 2+ years of experience in construction or a relevant field
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to manage a team
• Knowledge about job safety requirements
• Valid driver's license

DAY-TO-DAY

Depending on daylight, you typically work from Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm .

As our Lead Carpenter, you are vital to the successful completion of our projects. You oversee and coordinate our jobs from start to finish, making sure that we have all the materials and crew we need. Each day, you read project plans, manage the subcontractors, efficiently schedule jobs, and ensure high-quality work. You take pride in watching our projects come together, knowing you're the driving force behind it all.
