We are currently in search of a highly-motivated and results-driven sales professional with a knack for lead generation, specifically experienced in upscale residential sales in a similar industry to Hidden Creek.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in establishing long-term customer relationships, and a proactive attitude towards building a substantial business portfolio. You should be motivated to exceed customer expectations as you help build extraordinary outdoor living spaces and strive to exceed two million in annual sales revenue.
You will collaborate with clients/customers, project managers, operations managers, the accounting team, and the design team to ensure that estimates, plans, and paperwork are comprehensive, precise, and set clear expectations for the scope of work. You will ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective, and efficient services on client sites.
This is a fully on-site role. Typical hours of operation are 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management: Convert leads into sales by following the sales process, owns end-to-end customer experience. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers to better understand their experience and needs.
- Reporting and Sales Tracking: Reports progress on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and key performance indicators. Ensures leadership team, sales director, and key players are informed on progress of goals.
- Sales Process Accountability: Follows sales process from start to finish including leads, estimates, contracts, follow-up, invoicing, close-out, and transition to maintenance. Utilizes knowledge and expertise to manage and improve sales process, estimating, design, build, invoicing-related processes. Continually reviews and improves estimates to ensure projects are completed on time, and on budget.
- Marketing: Contributor to developing and executing Hidden Creek marketing strategy to ensure active pipeline of sales leads are available to meet and exceed hidden creek sales and profit goals. Utilizes awards, social media, photography, surveys, and marketing materials.
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of change-agility, professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain and increase industry knowledge. Superior presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel experience desired.
- Ability to use drawing and estimating software – LMN Estimating system (or similar program)
- A sound ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other departments and members of the organization.
- An upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic that leads the sales team by example.
- Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced sales environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
- Two years progressive sales experience in the green industry with landscaping or construction required including:
- Demonstrated customer relationship management experience
- Creating accurate sales reporting
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies,
- Providing and reporting business metrics to track progress
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer experience.
- Strong business acumen and a process-driven approach.
- Expertise using consultative sales techniques.
- Design/Build Landscaping Industry experience.
Physical Demands:
- Employee will work in both an office and field environment; travel from site to site; exposure to computer screens
- Employee will be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time; operate motorized vehicles
- Employee will regularly be required to see in the normal visual range with or without correction; vision sufficient to read computer screens and printed documents; and regularly required to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
