DVS is looking for a Program Manager with SAP ERP experience to support our team at Fort Lee, Petersburg, VA. This position requires a Secret Clearance and will be a hybrid role.
This role will provide support to CASCOM ESD. In this role, you will play an integral part contributing your expertise and experience and overseeing various aspects of the proposed project.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
- Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seeks and develops outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
- Manages teams of contract support personnel consisting of the prime contractor and all subcontractors of the team at multiple locations.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization and meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Responsible for the timely staffing of qualified contractor personnel and subsequent availability to support the Performance Work Statement requirements.
Required skills :
- Knowledge of current DoD ERPs GFEBS, GCSS-Army, and LMP and at least 5-8 years of SAP ERP development experience.
- Skill in establishing guidelines, academic roadmaps, and policies for course curriculum.
- Experience in executing class training and providing instruction at the Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
- In-depth knowledge of creating lesson plans and explaining new / emerging concepts and theories.
- Knowledge of DoD, Joint, and DA logistics management and acquisition policies, and procedures with particular emphasis in Weapon System Operational Readiness (OP) reporting procedures, Weapon System Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) to conduct technical, logistical, and maintenance support studies and assessments to develop and evaluate new sustainment methodologies, equipment, processes and policies applicable to the centralized life cycle management.
- Contract personnel are expected to have journeyman equivalent experience in operations research/system analysis (Officer Skill Identifier (SI) 4B); Theater Logistics Studies/Planning (SI P1); and Capabilities Development (SI 7Y) disciplines, HQDA G4/G8 Divestment procedures, Unit Readiness reporting procedures, Program Materiel Release, Type Classification procedures, Army Test and Evaluation procedures, Product Quality Deficiency Reporting (PQDR), and working knowledge of the Weapon System Service Life Extension Program (SLEP).
- In-depth knowledge of DoD Acquisition Process/acquisition plans sufficient to recommend actions that shall provide the best ground/air/maritime domain maintenance capabilities within the modernized and Future Force Expertise.
- Contractor personnel shall demonstrate (reading, comprehension and writing) in English at a business/collegiate and professional level, in addition to have a working knowledge of the Army writing style. The audience is government, senior-level professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project Manager and Outlook.
