Location: Saint Francis LIFE Riverfront, Wilmington, DE

Status: Full time

Shift: Monday-Friday, typically 8am – 5:00, on call rotation

Position Purpose:

The primary purpose of your job position is the responsibility for oversight of the delivery of all nursing services provided to the participants in the PACE Organization (PO). Services may be delivered in the community, day center or the primary care clinic. This position manages day-to-day clinic operations and ensures provision of high quality care, including coordination with the primary care team.

Position Details:

Requires participation in administrative on call rotation, typically is one weekend and one day per month. No reporting on site is required.
