Are you a skilled Dispatching Agent with a passion for providing top-notch customer service? Advanced Air , the leading HVAC and refrigeration company, is hiring! We're seeking a dedicated full-time Dispatching Agent - Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ft. Myers, FL .
THE BASICS
This is a full-time position with occasional weekends and nights as needed for exceptional customer support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $16 - $24 per hour , plus commission and spiffs. YOUR DAY
As a Dispatching Agent - Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your day will involve answering calls, scheduling appointments for our skilled technicians, and managing up to 20 routes efficiently. Your exceptional customer service skills will be on full display as you communicate with both technicians and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
