The Florida Digital Service was established to propose innovative solutions that securely modernize state government, including technology and information services, to achieve value through digital transformation and interoperability, and to fully support the state’s cloud-first policy. It is also the lead entity responsible for enterprise cybersecurity.
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
The Program Management and Oversight Director, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, is a pivotal leadership role within the Florida Digital Service (FL[DS]). This individual is responsible for spearheading and directing a team that excels in enterprise program management, project management, and project oversight. The primary focus is on the successful execution and monitoring of technology projects across the Florida state enterprise, ensuring they align with state goals and technology standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management and project oversight, with a proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects.
