Job description
Program Manager Financial
- Prepares financial statements and reports for Clients internal reporting needs and external reporting requirements, including quarterly statutory reporting and audited financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States, on an annual basis, while maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
- Assists with transactions entered into by Client Clinic by researching technical accounting guidance and preparing technical accounting memoranda to document Clients position on the appropriateness of accounting treatment in accordance with applicable accounting guidance.
- Coordinates, develops and updates written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process.
- Prepares various disclosure checklists for financial reporting in connection with Clients year end audit.

Education and Experience - Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years public accounting experience required; 4 to 6 years of public accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of risk-bearing organizations, managed care delegation arrangements and DMHC reporting requirements
- Strong technical U.S. GAAP accounting knowledge
- Experience working with the Lawson application preferred
Certifications Required - Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
