Job description

Join our dynamic marketing team as an Events Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in creating engaging experiences for educators and stakeholders in the K-12 sector. We're seeking an experienced professional with a passion for event management, both in-person and virtual, who can align our events with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, organization, and execution of events from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective event marketing strategies targeting educators and stakeholders.
Oversee on-site event activities to ensure a seamless operation and exceptional experience for attendees.
Analyze event performance and provide detailed reports with recommendations for future events.
Stay updated on trends in event marketing, particularly within the K-12 ed tech industry, to drive innovative strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in event planning and management.
Proven ability to manage large-scale events from planning to execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed for event management.
Capability to handle physical lifting requirements of event setup and management.
