Your Responsibilities:
- Assure meals are prepared and delivered on time.
- Confirm food and supplies are available per menu and event calendars.
- Prepare nutritional meals that are appetizing and visually appealing.
- Prepare food for special events.
- Operate kitchen within safety and sanitation regulations.
- Practice safety, infection control and emergency procedures.
- Maintain cooler and freezer date and label per regulatory protocol.
- Assist with daily kitchen maintenance: inventory, dishwashing, trash, equipment cleaning, water levels, etc.
- Follow local and state handwashing procedures to assure food safety.
General Requirements:
- Enjoy working with the elderly
- Experience working in senior living preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
- Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, at start of hire date
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Classification: Non-exempt
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
