Premier Tech Systems and Automation technical training team was created in 2018 and its mission is to develop and operationalize training programs and activities aimed at increasing the level of technical skill of its team members and external customers around the world.
Your future team
At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, we enhance our clients’ manufacturing facility efficiency by integrating innovative and high-value systems leveraging the full potential of robotics. We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world — whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products.
Your future role
- Define and implement task-driven learning strategies for our technical team members and customers around the world
- Develop and maintain an international network of internal and external partners in learning and technical skills — educational institutions, Fanuc, Rockwell, PMMI, AIDT, etc.
- Set up and manage a global technical training infrastructure — training labs, training equipment at our locations or at our clients' locations
- Build and manage a functional and matrix team of technical coaches and trainers around the world in a mobilizing way
- Be on the lookout for the latest trends and best practices in learning and developing technical skills
- Ensure compliance and optimal use of technical training budgets in each region
- Promote the technical training offer both internally and externally
Required skills
- Relevant training or experience in the development of technical skills related to industrial equipment
- Professional experience as an engineer or service technician in a sector related to industrial equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage functional and matrix teams
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to travel on a casual basis
- Excellent communication skills
- Great leadership
- Advanced command of English and at least one other language between French or Spanish — for internal and external communication with team members, customers, and suppliers

- This role will be an onsite position at our newly built Montgomery, Alabama USA hub.
