ORGANIZATION SUMMARY
Catholic Charities is one of the largest, oldest, and most comprehensive nonprofit human services organizations in Northern California, annually reaching more than 60,000 vulnerable individuals of all faiths in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin Counties. With a staff of approximately 450, reaching peaks of nearly 600 with seasonal hires, a budget of $54.3 million, and a current governing board of 27, this venerable, fully-accredited, independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit addresses some of the most pressing community needs – homelessness, generational poverty, immigration, inequality, hunger, aging in isolation, and communicable disease -- to name a few – with compassion and services of highest quality.

W ith an emphasis on str engths- and evidence-based , client-centered , and trauma-informed ca re, delivered by an experienced bilingual sta ff, we will p r ovide a secu re and enriching envi r onment for all youth. An individualized se r vice plan will move each child towa r d a successful sa f e and timely re lease and permanent home placement while building a robust suppo rt f ramework that will f ollow the child upon entering thei r new community setting .
ESSE N TIAL D U TIES & R ESP ON SI B ILITIES
Coordinating clinical services , training new clinicians , and supervising the clinical sta ff. ORR (O ff ice of Refugee and Resettlement ) will have f inal approval of any candidate that is hired for this position.

Education & Exp e ri e n ce :
- M ast er’ s Degree in human service f ield , social work or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a p r ogram requi r ement .
- Must possess a valid license for LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist with two years of post-licensure experience.
Kno w l e dge, Skills & Abiliti e s :
- Must meet qualifications to provide clinical supervision to MFT and LCSW interns, associates and trainees.
