THE ROLE: Service Desk Technician
Job Summary:
As an internal Service Desk Technician with Presidio, your primary responsibilities are to address issues, answer questions and provide technical assistance to Presidio employees regarding IT needs.
Travel Requirements:
This role will be remote in the following locations: Hauppauge, Long Island, Fulton, MD, Woburn, MA or Richmond, VA. Occasional travel (10%) to your local office location as required for troubleshooting or assisting office personnel is required.
