Description:
Manufacturer of fasteners, nuts & bolts. They are looking for TWO candidates who can setup & operate their roller/header machines. They will be responsible for:
- With limited direction or supervision, this machine set-up/operator position requires the set-up and/or operation of header equipment
- The incumbent will possess and demonstrate the skills necessary to maintain production requirements and quality standards
- Operating understanding of cold heading & roller machines
- Set up and operate Formax 34's, 44's, 54's
- Maintenance of machines if necessary
- Read and understand prints
- Perform first piece inspection, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
Shifts:
1st Shift: Training 7am -3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm
3rd: 11pm - 7am
