Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- Coordinate and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly demeanor
