Job description
Responsible for a wide range of administrative job duties as they pertain to business development & client support within the Center. Utilize experience and skills to coordinate the sales team and ensure local marketing efforts are properly supported; Ensure that all departments have necessary resources including tools, equipment, literature, and marketing support to successfully grow the sales volume of the center. Serves as an active communication pipeline between the sales team and production. Services the needs of clients and prospects as needed. This position is critical in its support of the successful growth of the Center.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Follow established company policies and procedures when responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Enter customer information into company databases accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Research and prepare customer service reports as needed
- Attend the daily Work In Progress (WIP) meetings
- Serve as liaison to keep Production informed of upcoming work in the sales pipeline, and inform the sales team of any hiccups that may negatively impact the client relationship
- Assist production with installation schedules, deliveries or client pick-up communications
Qualifications:
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with customers through phone calls or emails
- Highly organized and able to help others achieve the same
- Adept at staying calm in challenging situations
- Has the capacity to multitask and manage different tasks while maintaining focus and changing priorities as needed
- Demonstrates a high level of accountability and willingness to make decisions, take initiative and learn from mistakes
- Technologically proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM software as well as possessing the ability to acquire knowledge of the company's POS system quickly
- A team player who is capable of performing their duties with exceptional results
