We're looking for someone who is:
Results-Oriented: You're driven by the goal of customer acquisition and contributing significantly to our revenue growth.
Passionate: You have a genuine eagerness to sell and promote our top-notch products and services.
Relationship Builder: You excel at developing and nurturing relationships with prospective and current members.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Sales and Promotion: Effectively demonstrate and sell our products, highlighting key benefits and features to prospective customers.
Relationship Management: Keep in touch with prospects to close sales and encourage ongoing engagement with our services.
Achieving Goals: Surpass monthly and quarterly targets for acquiring new customers, both individually and as part of a team.
Tracking and Reporting: Use our CRM system to log interactions with prospects and measure your success against set goals.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and practices, understanding our target market's needs and how we can meet them.
What We Require:
1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred).
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A relentless drive to meet the needs of prospective customers.
Your Duties Will Involve:
Discussing benefits with clients and meeting policyholders.
Conducting sales presentations and client meetings, primarily over Zoom.
Developing, building, and managing a client base.
Addressing and resolving customer service issues.
