Job description

If you are a Commercial Construction Superintendent with experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

Working on projects ranging from $500k to $20M. 

Experience shall include ground-up, tenant fit-out and renovation type projects.

Candidates shall be able to communicate both written and orally, possess excellent problem solving skills, generate and maintain the project schedule and be computer literate including email, internet and Microsoft based programs.

The position being offered is a full time salaried position with companys benefits package.

What You Need for this Position:

-  Strong Commercial Construction Experience 
- Government Construction Projects are a plus 
- Ground Up Construction experience as a superintendent 
- Renovation or TI improvements 
- Candidates must have at least 5 years experience as a superintendent in commercial or government construction.
