The Impact You'll Make
An Architect (MS Dynamics and SAP) at Lam Research will be responsible for coming up with the scalable designs for the business applications and for guiding the team in performing enhancements and production support of the existing business applications.
What You'll Do
- Work with the business unit functional teams setting up future state/capabilities.
- Accountable for design and architecture of integrated solutions between SAP and MS Dynamics.
- Own & drive identifying and analyzing new and emerging technologies and roadmaps.
- Drive to create and maintain system specification and sub-system specification documentation.
- Work with BSAs and developers during the implementation of required functionality and to help the team in the troubleshooting process in resolving system and performance issues.
- Oversee and provide technical/professional assistance for projects and programs delivered beyond the completion date. Be responsible for project delivery and own any risk mitigation plans as needed.
- Work with BSAs to monitor programs/projects to ensure they have achieved the intended outcome or results.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- Expertise in design thinking to come up with innovative designs/solutions.
- Expertise in Customer Service and Plant Maintenance Module in SAP
- Development experience in S4 Hana.
- Knowledge of service module within S4 Hana.
- Aware of the best practices to be followed in S4 Hana.
- Experience in ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP RFC’s, IDOCs, Odata, and BTP.
- Knowledge in Field Service Modules in MS Dynamics.
- Knowledge about the overall Dynamics 365 architecture.
- Expertise in understanding the overall SAP Integrations.
- Well versed with Azure Devops.
- Knowledge about plug-ins, workflows, and actions.
- Proficient in JavaScript for implementing MS Dynamics UI customizations.
- Knowledge about MS Dynamics Configurations like Entities, Business Rules, Forms, Views.
- Perform the role of Scrum Master in Spring Planning Meeting.
- Debugging SAP Odata, Idoc, and RFC’s.
- Perform Code reviews related to SAP Objects.
- Allocate user stories within the team, validate the effort estimate, and plan the sprint
- Ensure Sprint Deliverables are met.

- Self-directed, responsive, and dedicated to exceptional customer support.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to deliver product with high quality and within prescribe timelines.
- Able to interact professionally with the users of all our systems.
- Experience in configuring Dynamics Security.
- Able to manage Deployments and troubleshoot Dependency Issues.
- Knowledge on Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in integration with SharePoint is good to have.
- Design and Deploy all integrations within MS Dynamics environment.
- Experience in Admin related activities.
- Should be able to guide other Dynamics consultants.
- Perform Code reviews and Design Reviews for Dynamics 365 User stories.
- Nice to have exposure to PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) or React.
- Configure Dev Ops Pipelines.
- Good to have knowledge on Logic Apps, Azure functions and Azure Service Bus.
- Good to know Native Hana Skiils.
- Validate and Activate Power Automate Flows and Power Apps in Production after deployment.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in a related field.
Years of experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $109,000.00 - $239,000.00
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
