About the Job: At Tailored Brands, we’ve rebuilt the compensation practice and evolved how we make pay decisions. We’re expanding our team and looking for an Excel savvy individual that has experience in compensation (Retail is a PLUS!). In this role you’ll be able to come in and really be able to develop your skillset for every compensation component we offer (base pay, short- and long-term incentives, equity, merit planning, market reviews, and departmental reorganizations). This role can be 100% remote anywhere in the US.

What You’ll Do / Key Accountabilities

• Provide detailed analysis on existing programs and proposed new/adjusted programs 
• Support the administration of the company’s pay programs, including base salary, promotion and adjustment increase process, short- and long-term incentive programs
• Partner on driving a consistent job evaluation and leveling process 
• Participate in annual salary surveys and analysis to deliver against market pay data requests
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Recruiting on employment contracts, new hires, promotions, and market adjustments as well as pay policy and guidelines
• Partner closely with HR Operations on system requirements and data exchanges
• Consider and recommend inter-departmental and cross-functional process improvements

What You’ll Bring / Skills & Expertise

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to identify themes and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions
• Detail oriented—able to provide accurate data and concise analytics
• Must be able to meet deadlines, work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented, professional, and fast paced environment
• Well-developed interpersonal communication skills 
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience. Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or in progress

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location.

Salary Range

$75,000-$90,000 We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable. The starting [salary/rate] for this position is $75,000 and may increase to $90,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors.
