About the Job: At Tailored Brands, we’ve rebuilt the compensation practice and evolved how we make pay decisions. We’re expanding our team and looking for an Excel savvy individual that has experience in compensation (Retail is a PLUS!). In this role you’ll be able to come in and really be able to develop your skillset for every compensation component we offer (base pay, short- and long-term incentives, equity, merit planning, market reviews, and departmental reorganizations). This role can be 100% remote anywhere in the US.

Salary Range
$75,000-$90,000 We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable. The starting [salary/rate] for this position is $75,000 and may increase to $90,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors.
