Advanced Practice Provider Lead

RWJBH is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Lead for the House/ Rapid Response Team RRT department at the New Brunswick campus,
This is a Full Time Day shift position at least 40 hrs per week,
Requirements and Qualifications
Seeking an NP or PA for a dynamic hospital-based position,
Candidate must have current APN and RN license in NJ,
The role includes responding to emergencies as the provider for the Rapid Response Team, assisting with other matters for hospitalized patients,
Must be a motivated and independent thinker, able to quickly prioritize, work in a fast paced, highly clinical environment and adapt quickly in acute situations,
The Lead is also responsible for all scheduling and payroll for the department,
There will be Hospital PI/Quality committee responsibility as well,
The Lead must be an excellent clinician whose time will be 80/20 Clinical/Administrative,
Must have high integrity and work ethic and willing to hold staff accountable,
Current NJ APN/PA license required
NCCPA certification require
CDS required
DEA required
RN required
BLS required
ACLS required
At least 3 years of acute care in hospital patient experience,
Previous leadership experience preferred,
