What You Will Be Doing

Develop and execute hardware engineering solutions
Performance improvements of hardware platforms based on customers needs
Execute programs to position ourselves against competitors

Play a key role in the hardware engineering team to enhance product functionalities and efficiency for high-performance datacenters and telecommunications equipment, while expanding technology IP
Be responsible for the development of thermal management solutions and system integration across multiple length scales

What You Need for this Position

Knowledge of Thermodynamics, Heat/Mass Transfer, Thermal Solutions for Data Centers
Experience with Liquid Cooling Implementation at Chip, Server, Rack and Room Levels
Knowledge of Hardware Platforms/Integration and SoC, CPU and GPU Computing

Implementation of refrigerant-based two-phase thermal management solutions such as thermosyphons and cold plate technologies;
Knowledge of mechanical design and micro-fabrication techniques;
Experience with two-phase heat transfer theory and experiments;
