We are currently seeking candidates for a Mail Service Operator in our Waterloo, IA corporate facility.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Mail list manipulation
• Upload postal reports to USPS
• Operate Video Jet machine
• Operate a Blue Crest Inserter
• Coordinate and monitor mail piece addressing
• Prepare mail pieces by banding and loading into APC carts
• Hand stuff statements, weigh mail, general stocking, clean up, and other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates should have the following:

• Ability to stay focused and pay attention to details
• Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends
• Strong Excel skills and ability to run a computer
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in mail preparation is helpful
• Mechanical ability is helpful

General hours for this position will be Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.

Starting base hourly rate of $17.50-$20.50/hour, commensurate with experience.
