Job description
Bastionpoint Technology is a driven, rapidly-growing MSP providing cutting-edge IT solutions in the Richmond, VA area. We’re looking for a growth-oriented Help desk Tech nician to join our collaborative, welcoming team.
What you’ll do:
Maintain client networks and network security (LAN/WAN , firewalls, access points, switches)
Troubleshoot a wide variety of on-premise, cloud, Azure, Mac OS and Google Workspace environments
Prioritize tickets, set client expectations, provide incredible customer service, and accurately document client issues
Skills You’ll Need:
3+ years experience with helpdesks and ticketing systems
Working knowledge and experience in supporting SMB’s
Working knowledge of basic TCP/IP Protocols, PC troubleshooting, security best practices, and network hardware
Experience with MSPs, AD, Exchange, and Hyper-V a strong plus
Ability to communicate professionally with technical and non-technical people
Confidence, self-motivation, and a collaborative team-player mentality
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
