C4ISR, a high growth, entrepreneurial organization, that develops state-of the-art mission management technologies, components and systems for many customers in the defense industry. Today’s warfighters and intelligence analysts are overwhelmed with data and tasks from a variety of unmanned vehicle systems. C4ISR helps the warfighter become more effective and efficient in operating groups of unmanned vehicles by developing software mission managers to automate and offload manual control of unmanned assets.
Are you a systems engineer looking to join a fun team in a supportive environment? If you are a seasoned systems engineer that loves working new and exciting efforts, our agile team has multiple openings in Burlington, MA. Initially this program, when awarded, will be full-time onsite with a potential hybrid option after a few months.
For this activity, you may perform task such: analyze system requirements and data flows to determine system performance sizing and storage capacities; perform high availability system design and analysis; create physical and logical architecture diagrams; design and create detailed designs, support software and system test development and software and systems test activities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Systems engineering experience across the entire development lifecycle
- Object Oriented Design
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with issue tracking systems, such as JIRA
- Experience with requirements analysis and development
- Experience in supporting software and systems testing
- Team player with proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering (or similar degree) and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience, or
- 2+ Years of Experience with a MS
- 0+ Years of Experience with a PhD
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Skills and Education:
- SAFe Agile development methodology
- Software Architectures (e.g., REST Web Services, Publish Subscribe)
- Entity Framework experience
- Strong knowledge of concurrency
- Experience with any of Distributed Systems, Multi-threaded systems, or Military systems or simulations
- Route finding algorithm development
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
