- Project Analysis and estimating
- Material Quantification and Qualification
- Cost estimator
- Vendor and Supplier Interaction
- Documentation

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years Estimator experience with:
- Construction Estimating
- Vendor Relations
- Construction & Project Analysis
- Proven History of Accurate Estimating and Budget
- Self Starter
