Job description

We're seeking a talented and experienced Remote Senior PPM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients implement and optimize their Oracle Cloud PPM solutions, ultimately contributing to their success.

Here's what you'll do:
Become an expert advisor: Leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud PPM modules like Project Financials, Grants Management, and Contract Billing to provide subject-matter expertise and lead functional aspects of projects.
Deliver tailored solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions that align with their business processes and accounting regulations.
Guide and support: Conduct workshops, analyze gaps, document solutions, and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
Navigate the full lifecycle: From configuration and migration to testing and deployment, you'll be involved in all stages of the project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
Collaborate effectively: Work seamlessly with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project execution while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll bring:
Extensive experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Cloud ERP applications, preferably with experience in the public sector.
Deep expertise: Demonstrated mastery of Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Financials, Grants Management, and Contract Billing.
Proven track record: Successful completion of 2+ full-cycle implementations as a Lead Consultant in Oracle Cloud PPM Applications.
Business acumen: Strong understanding of business process consulting, problem-solving, and change management principles.
Communication maestro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Adaptability and initiative: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of tasks, and readily contribute to the team's success.

Bonus points for:
Experience with SCM, Financial applications, Project Management methodologies, and Resource Management.
Exposure to City or County client work with Grants Accounting, Budgetary Controls, and Encumbrance Accounting.
