Responsibilities
- Lead Distribution - Efficiently manage and distribute incoming sales leads to the sales consultants based on predefined criteria. Implement and optimize lead distribution processes to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Sales Process Oversight - Monitor and analyze the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales process and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
- Performance Tracking - Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales process. Regularly assess individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support as needed. Generate reports and insights to assist management in making data-driven decisions.
- Training and Development - Conduct training sessions for sales consultants on the latest sales processes, tools, and technologies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
- Communication and Collaboration - Act as a liaison between the sales team, management, and other relevant departments. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and coordinated sales process.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
- Negotiation experience and skills
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to learn product/system in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Auto Finance/Sales experience preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license preferred
