Position Overview:

As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in scaling our growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive performance across various channels, including but not limited to Facebook, newsletters, Google, and TikTok. Utilizing your creativity and analytical skills, you'll optimize campaigns to meet key targets while embodying our mission of providing rural communities with access to reliable internet.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, YouTube, and display platforms, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
Optimize media campaigns on core channels like Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok to achieve target metrics such as CAC and patient volume.
Manage and optimize Nomad Affiliate accounts nationwide, leading day-to-day operations.
Drive growth in newsletter and subscription services through strategic planning and execution.
Establish go-to-market strategies for existing and new product lines, overseeing implementation and performance.
Develop and execute a growth strategy for our internet service, leveraging inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
Collaborate with creative and design partners to test and refine ad creatives for optimal performance.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across channels.

Qualifications:

1-2+ years of experience in high-performance marketing roles, preferably in DTC/e-commerce environments.
Proficiency in paid social and paid search, with additional experience in influencers, affiliates, SEO, or display being a plus.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis tools like Google Sheets and Looker (SQL proficiency is advantageous).
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
