Job description
Associatio n Headquarters is searching for a Human Resources Director . The Human Resources Director evaluates, develops, plans, directs, organizes and leads the company's Human Resources function. This position must be able to implement and execute to reliably deliver results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages day to day management of the HR function/activities utilizing best practices.
- Ensures alignment of HR policies, procedures and processes with organizational goals and values.
- Ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manages recruitment process
- Manage lifecycle of an employee
- Performance Management Cycle
- Develops a respected and high-performance Human Resources department and their development.
- Communicates the HR vision for the company.
- Develops/maintains an employee-oriented atmosphere emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, and high performance in alignment with organization goals.
- Serve as a resource to managers in addressing employee issues
- Routinely analyzes benefits program for cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees. Revises program as needed.
- Maintains a succession plan for all departments.
- Evaluates potential issues, service needs or policy or process improvements and proactively develops remedial response to reduce organizational liability.
- Determines HR best practices to support organizational direction.
- Serves as a role model for the company culture/core values.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures company compliance.
What you'll bring to the table - Education, Experience, and Required Proficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
- Professional services industry experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management.
- Thorough knowledge and application of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and coach managers and employees in a team environment.
- Solutions driven problem solver.
- Promotes a culture of superior customer service.
- Proficient with effectively leading, documenting, and closing investigations.
