Vice President (Pharma market research)
Location: Hybrid
Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 per annum
Branding Science is a global insight-led pharmaceutical consultancy, built upon a foundation of behavioural, marketing and data sciences. We enable pharma clients to make smarter decisions for patients – and we are now looking for a VP to join our US team.
The VP position. As a VP, you will have 4 pillars of responsibility:
- Deliver qualitative research – as an experienced project manager and master of multiple methodologies, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding project deliverables and exceptional client service.
- Commercial focus - You will bring in revenue from new and existing accounts and support your team with business development.
- Manage projects from RFP to delivering the client outputs.
- Identify opportunities to work with the consultancy arm of the business.
- People management – you will lead a pod and provide your team with mentorship and training. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance through the promotional frameworks and helping your team achieve their career aspirations.
- You will delegate work but provide ongoing support to the team.
- Leadership – as a key member of the US senior leadership team, you will be involved in delivering the business strategy. Working closely with the President and other key members of the global team, you will also be involved in global initiatives.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience.
- 10 plus years’ experience in supplier side market research with increasing responsibility over time.
- Extensive experience working in/with the pharmaceutical sector.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.
- Experience in managing a high performing team.
