Retail Experience Specialist Job Description: The Retail Experience Specialist will represent the Polaris Retail Experience Team by leading and facilitating design meetings with dealers.
What you’ll do as a Retail Experience Specialist: - Represent the Polaris Retail Experience Team and operate in the best interest of both Polaris and the dealer
- Facilitate Design Meetings with the dealer and Process Displays
- Review required PRE fixtures & ala carte options with the dealer
- Using the Purchase Order Template (BOM), capture critical decisions from the dealer such as installation and financing
- Review the components on the Purchase Order Template, answer any questions they may have, and modify per dealer’s feedback.
- Align on overall price of the customized solution
- Complete the survey during the call on behalf of the dealer to gain acknowledgment of the dedicated space and completion of the Design Meeting
- Email updated Line Drawing and Purchase Order Template to the dealer with a meeting recap
What you’ll bring to the Retail Experience Specialist role: - Bachelor’s degree required in business or an equivalent field, with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing
- 5+ years of relevant sales, marketing, retail merchandising, or customer service experience
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and consultative skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of how the POG and space management process work
- Strong computer skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
