The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy is transforming pet dental care by providing a natural, less invasive, and affordable alternative to traditional pet dental care. Over the past 10 years, we have developed dental cleanings for dogs and cats without the use of anesthesia. As a fast-paced, innovative company, we are looking for professional team members who have a passion for pets and the people who love them.
As a Receptionist at The Natural Pet Tooth Fairy, you will be the friendly face and voice of our clinic, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and veterinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting clients with the check-in process, managing phone calls and appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the front office. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and passion for animal care will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and staff.
