Busciglio Smiles is searching for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to fill the dynamic role of a full-time Orthodontic Receptionist . This position is the heart and soul of our Brandon, FL practice, as you are the first point of contact for our valued patients. YOUR ROLE

You can expect to work from Monday - Thursday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm .

As an Orthodontic Receptionist, you help set the tone for a successful day of treating patients. Each day, you answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and speak with patients about their needs. You answer their questions the best you can, always upholding a cheerful attitude. When patients arrive at the office, you warmly greet them and get them checked in. Your contributions play a vital role in our success!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Must have dental experience or knowledge
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Upbeat personality and professional attitude

Being able to speak Spanish would be a bonus.
