Job description

Busy Bethesda Realtor needs help! Seeking a part-time marketing assistant to manage Social Media, Website content, online ad campaigns, digital presentations, direct mail and property brochures. The position is an opportunity to work with one of our market's top agents affiliated with Compass Real Estate, the largest brokerage in the country. The perfect fit for this position is a flexible, team player with creative ideas who is a expert with all social platforms and is comfortable with shooting video, maintaining a website, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Approximately 15 hours per week, candidate must be local. Responsibilities:

• Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
• Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
