Express Service Technician

Job description
The Express Service Technician is responsible for servicing vehicles in an expeditious and thorough manner, and for carrying out his/her responsibilities through coordination with the Service Advisors and coworkers. We will train and provide tools for enthusiastic, responsible individuals.

Pay: $15 - $17 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform all maintenance services
- Perform a thorough Multipoint inspections of customers' vehicles (i.e. battery, lights, tires), referring all needed repairs and preventative maintenance to Service Advisor
- Operate and maintain all equipment
- Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings, and shackles
- Check the air pressure of tires
- Rotate and balance tires
- Mount and balance tires
- Replace filters, service transmissions, differentials, etc.
- Change batteries, bulbs, and other maintenance and light repairs
- Ensure customer cars are kept clean
Requirements:
- 1 year of hands-on automotive repair experience preferred
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass background/drug checks
- Team Player
