Position Summary:

Our Southern California offices have an opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney to join the firm’s expanding Employment Law Practice. This is a non-shareholder track position and a unique opportunity for an attorney looking to transition into employment law and into a role with more flexibility. This flexible opportunity would allow the attorney to work from home; candidates must reside in Southern California.

 

We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in the manner consistent with the  Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.  

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment.
• During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
• Candidates must possess 2 or more years of experience in California.
• Candidates must possess Wage and Hour Class Action experience, or earnest commitment to being trained and working in this practice in this area.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
• Must be licensed to practice in California.

Benefits:

In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $120,000 and $150,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
