Position Summary
As an Associate Engineer, you will support the development of factory masterplans to align with Nestlé Purina long-term business objectives. You will have the opportunity to leverage your leadership skills while working with cross-functional teams at the corporate and factory levels. You will assist with delivering high value through technical scope development with supported justification, while adhering to project standards and strategies. Additionally, you will work on project submittal requirements and ensure quality while working closely with Nestlé Purina stakeholders.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-level scope, major equipment list, general arrangement, estimate, schedule and justification to gain approval for further project development
+ Support in developing pre-project approval documents including one-page business case and project charter
+ Enforce utilization of authorized technology and procurement strategies
+ Generate reports regarding project cost forecasts and cash flow projections to ensure divisional alignment
+ Coordinate with corporate and factory teams to standardize comprehensive project planning tools
+ Assist senior management with special assignments and presentations
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

+ 1+ year of experience in engineering, construction management, project management or related field
The approximate pay range for this position is $64,000.00 – $83,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
