Job description
Job Title: Elastic Search Engineer
Experience: 6-8 years
Location: USA Remote, San Jose, Costa Rica
Working Hours: Flexible shifts to overlap with US east coast hours
Key Responsibilities : Implement and support Elastic search SaaS, design and implement cluster, indexes and other resources on Elastic, manage multiple environments, support deployments and releases, implement and support CICD for elastic search, ensure optimal retrieval and relevancy tuning
Must-Have Skills : Experience in Elastic SaaS, implementing custom connectors, customizing indexing pipelines, relevancy tuning and performance management, coordinating between multiple teams and tracking\/communicating status and progress
Required Experience : 6 years in Elastic Search support and development, 6 years in AWS, 3-4 years in Python, 3-4 years in Java AP development
Additional Requirements : Experience in lexical and semantic search, willingness to work in different time zones.
