Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team. The Event Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
- Aid in the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee assistance.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Conduct research and gather information on event trends, venues, and suppliers.
- Support the marketing and promotion of events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
