Job description
Grow your career as an ETL Developer with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/University degree.
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on development with ETL technologies.
- Must have strong 5+ years of hands-on experience developing in Ab Initio
- Strongly prefer experience in Talend or willingness to learn.
- Strong understanding of how to build scalable, high throughput, enterprise level applications.
- Data Warehouse/ETL design and development methodologies knowledge and experience.
- Very good working experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Production support experience for both Ab Initio and Talend applications.
- Experience with Shell scripting.
- Expertise troubleshooting ETL, SQL and Unix scripts.
- Strong customer service focuses with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.
- Experience with developing frameworks and utility services including logging/monitoring.
Desired Skills & Experience - Master's degree.
- Agile development processes experiences.
- Exposure to Autosys.
- Technical & programming knowledge with one or more languages i.e. Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby, etc.
- Financial Services domain expertise.
- Experience in change and release management.
- Ability to work on Talend CVM/EOVS issues.
- Participated in Talend Upgrades or patches.
What You Will Be Doing - Responsible for the overall technical planning, design and development/implementation of ETL Solutions.
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
- Maintain technical documentation for all packages, descriptions of the data and data structures including data definitions, metadata, data models, and data flow diagrams.
