Job Title: Production Control Manager
Location: El Segundo, CA
Salary: $100k-$140k
Requirements: 3+ years of manufacturing scheduling experience, ERP/MRP Systems experience, defense, aerospace, aviation component manufacturing

Due to company growth, we are looking for a Production Control Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will of at least two solid years of manufacturing scheduling experience. What You Will Be Doing

As the Production Control Manager, you will work with all necessary departments to understand targeted dates and minimize scheduling issues.

• Ensure completion dates and shipment dates are in alignment
  
• Ensure work is scheduled and prioritized accurately and efficiently
  
• Ensure resources are allocated appropriately
  
• Update critical path schedules
  
• Ensure fixture, tooling, and test equipment requirements are scheduled properly
  
• Support the internal logistics movement of critical work
  
• Push/Pull work into the shop and help to improve lead times and reduce stagnation
  
• Assist to uncover root-cause and develop permanent resolution
  
• Organize and prioritize daily to production coordinators, team leads, and supervisors
  
• Provide daily visibility, weekly status, and monthly reviews on schedule performance

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree
  
• 2+ years of solid manufacturing scheduling experience
  
• 2+ years of experience with ERP/MRP systems
  
• Experience in a low volume, high-mix production environment
  
• Knowledge and familiarity with lean principles, six sigma, and Kaizen
  
• Must have the ability to create the tools to collect accurate metrics and provide real time status
