Who You Are:

We're seeking a Marketing Specialist who shares our enthusiasm for creating meaningful connections and giving back to the community. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting impactful marketing campaigns and coordinating engaging events that resonate with Gator fans, alumni, and local residents.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage campaign timelines and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Create compelling graphics and content consistent with our brand identity.
Coordinate with social media and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
Oversee the production of our monthly community newsletter using Adobe InDesign.
Maintain data for newsletter mailing lists and other marketing files.
Assist in planning and executing community and Gator-themed events.
Attend and manage events across various locations.
Manage promotional item inventory and reorders.
Analyze campaign and event performance to provide strategic insights.
Handle day-to-day marketing tasks with precision and professionalism.
Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to enhance outreach.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or event activation.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds.
Valid Florida Driver's License required.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.
